I've been using hydegate for our border collie for over a year now and he's stayed there quite a bit. On the second visit it was clear he loved it there and everyone who works there as he drags me up the path to the front door and doesn't look back when he's left. The staff are so friendly and helpful. It's such a well looked after compound and looks so secure. It's really reassuring to leave a beloved pet there. Would highly recommend :)

Kept our greyhound here for 3 nights, who has some health problems, and they took excellent care of him, far better than previous kennels we've used.

Excellent vets. They have looked after our family pets for nearly 20 years. Unfortunately have had to use their emergency service on more than one occasion. Fortunately always with a happy outcome because of their knowledge, facilities and most importantly care. Highly recommend.

Lovely state of the art vets. Came here with our dog for some routine vaccinations. Vet was lovely and very thorough. Was also lovely to dog and understood he was a bit nervous. Very clean and tidy and a great range of services.

I have the utmost professional respect for Heart Vets. Dave Dickinson is our veterinary cardiologist in South Wales, and is always eager to teach cardiology to our GPs - by allowing us to shadow his scans, or doing CPD evenings - both informal and lecture based. The efficiency of the Heart Vets team in contacting owners and sending referral reports is impressive. I would certainly recommend them to any other vets!

Our English Springer Spaniel 'Bilbo' was referred by Vale Vets for hydrotherapy to help mobility & build strength/muscle in his hind quarters as he suffers from arthritis. The staff are wonderful, very knowledgeable and treat each animal as if there own. Bilbo has improved tremendously under their expert care, loving every session. RECOMMENDED

Excellent and life changing for my dog - We have a nine year old Staffordshire bull terrier who has now received two treatments of stem cell therapy in her elbow and now her neck. Rachel performed the treatment. The treatment has transformed her life. She is back to her old self. Amazing.
